CJ began racing when he was 7
years old, in 2005. In his first
year racing, CJ won 2 features and
9 heats. CJ has 2 sisters, Alli 16
and Morgan 9. His sisters are his
2 biggest fans! As of July 2010,
he is going into 7th grade in the
fall and was on the Distinguished
Honor Roll all 4 marking periods
in 6th grade. When CJ isn't racing
he enjoys soccer, fishing and
riding his ATV.

is the #99 of Carl Edwards.

What a change from 2008!! We really
got our Prowler Chassis / Kirby Speed
Secret Kart rolling this year. CJ
started the PDKS season with a win @
Selinsgrove Raceway Park. CJ racked up
21 feature wins out of 71 races as of
November 20. We are planning on
running 3 more races this year,
including the WKA Dirt World
Championships in Daytona. If CJ didn't
win this year, he was normally coming
across 2nd. CJ battled Ryan Montgomery
and Owen Dubble most of the year in
the PDKS series and drivers like Gavyn
Deiter, Spencer Davis at the local and
state level, including a series long
points battle with Gavyn Deiter, with
CJ winning the Burris Tire Series by 5
points...it came down to the last race
of the season. Thanks to James Kirby
for an awesome engine, Stiffie for a
great clutch, Al's Kart Supply, SPL
Oil and everyone else who helped to
make 2009 a great season.

We struggled the first half of the year,
with our new Prowler Chassis. We had 6 DNF's
that really hurt us in the PDKS points race
and the Burris Tire Series at Hunterstown
Speedway. Once we got
our first win in the summer and started to
figure out our new Prowler Chassis, CJ knocked off
6 more feature wins and a ton of top 5
finishes. The Jr. 2 class was very
competitive at every track and series we
raced at this year. With drivers like
Michael Moore, Austin Berry, Kyle Denmyer,
Chance Hendershot and Gayvn Deiter, CJ was
racing against the best in the state in
2008.We traveled down South a few times
after the local and state race season was over and did well at US 13
in Delaware and Dumplin Valley Raceway in
Tennessee.
